Go to Contacts tab and click “+ Add Contacts”, a new window will open. There you can choose how you want to add contacts: “create manually” or “import from csv/xls”. If you want to create contacts manually – simply add all needed data and click “Save” at the bottom.
If you want to import your contacts – prepare them in the .CSV / .XLS / .XLSX format. The file should be done with CSV-delimiter commas and with encodings win - 1251 utf-8.
Note: you can successfully import up to 10,000 contacts in a single account.
Also, you can update the existing contacts with changed or new fields – choose this option below the import window.
Click “Add Contact” after you're done.
