You can set up a specific signature for each connected email account. Go to the Settings > Email Accounts, hover the mouse on the certain email account and the wheel settings will appear. Click on it and scroll down to the “Signature” section. 

Add your unique signature in the grey box below. Use formatting tools to accentuate important parts. Apart from first and last names, add your title, company, the company website, and contact numbers. If you add links to LinkedIn and Facebook profiles – it will add more trust to your messages, as potential clients can see you are a real person. It’s good for cold and warm emailing either. 

Also, you can add a tagline of your business, which reveals a value for your customers. If you have a time-limited offer – include it also and give a link for the detailed info. Turn out your signature to be the additional sales tool.
